Join an SFI Caucus

Secure Families Initiative is launching a new series of caucuses for SFI members who identify as Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color. Our organization is committed to elevating all voices within our military community and learning from our different lived experiences.

Caucuses will meet monthly. Our goal is for these caucuses to allow for regular community-building and enable leadership opportunities. This may include the formation of study groups, task forces, working groups — you name it!

Each caucus will be led by a volunteer Chair and Co-Chair who will meet with SFI staff quarterly.

As of July 2024, SFI has 4 BIPOC Caucuses: AAPI Caucus, Black Caucus, Hispanic Caucus, and Indigenous Caucus.

Moving forward, it is our hope to expand this list to include other groups of military partners, parents, and loved ones who have been historically marginalized within military institutions.

We hope you join us! Just fill out the form below and someone from the SFI staff will reach out to you soon.
