We are delighted to welcome Beth Conlin, Troy Mosley and Scott Cooper. With deep ties to the military community and a strong dedication to our mission, we are excited to introduce you to these wonderful advocates.
Beth Conlin is an Army spouse who has been a dedicated and vocal advocate for military spouses in the workplace focusing on workforce development, specifically while stationed overseas. Recognized as a subject matter expert she has contributed to panel discussions, authored op-eds, and been called on to support various members of Congress who support military spouse initiatives. Currently at Amazon, Beth is growing her career and works to remove barriers to military spouse employment and advocate for this untapped talent pool. Learn more about Beth.
Troy Mosley is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel, 20-year combat veteran and current civil servant. He graduated with honors from Florida A & M University and was Commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army. In 2015, Troy started the grassroots movement to rename all military bases named for Confederates, an initiative that was later signed into law. To celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Desegregation of the Armed Services Troy wrote The Armed Forces and American Social Change: An Unwritten Truce. Learn more about Troy.
Scott Cooper is a father, a husband, a son, an engaged citizen, a Marine Corps veteran, and a proud teammate in efforts to build community, shore up our institutions, and find ways to do good. Upon retirement after 20 years in the Marine Corps, he joined Human Rights First, later founded Veterans for American Ideals. He currently serves as the Vice President of Government Affairs for Peraton, a national security and technology company. Learn more about Scott.
